Cancellation, transfer, rescheduling and refund arrangements must be confirmed in the written terms for your cohort or institutional assignment before you commit.

Ask about participant cancellations, changes made by the organiser, any applicable deadlines and the process for requesting a change. Do not assume that a refund or transfer is automatic.
