COMMON QUESTIONS
Plan with clarity.
Can training be customised?
We can discuss adjustments to examples, activities and delivery around your participants and objectives. Programme-specific requirements are considered when agreeing scope.
Can delivery be online or in person?
Discuss either option. The final format depends on your needs, access, location and facilitator availability.
What can reporting and follow-up include?
Agree the required outputs in the proposal: for example, a delivery report, action plans, learning feedback or follow-up sessions. These are not automatically included in every assignment.
How do we request a proposal?
Email your organisation, participant group, intended outcomes, approximate team size, location or online preference, and timing. We can then clarify the assignment.
